Italian cooking intensive course. The course will be held in Italian with the presence of a simultaneous interpreter of English. A certificate of attendance will be released by the Province of Terni.
Italian cooking technique
The quick Italian cuisine course is perfect both for beginners and for those who, instead, navigate their way through the kitchen but want to learn more secrtes and techniques of the Italian cuisine. The main purpose will be to find out the flavours and the cooking techniques of the mediterranean cuisine, monitored by professional chefs who will help the students in the preparation of the recipes.

Professional sommeliers will hold classes on wine testing techniques, sensory analysis and how to pair food and wine.

Guided tours
After the course hours guided tours with an interpreter will be held at the main pasta, olive oil, cheese and wine producers in Umbria.
A Rome sightseeing with an interpret is also scheduled after the course hours.

Teaching and exercises materials
Notes and recipes available on DVD, a set of professional knives, apron and chef 's hat.

Accommodation
HB in a 3 star-hotel.

During the enrolment an stage and before the departure to Italy it will be possible to verify the availability of the transfer service from the airport to Terni and agree its cost.
